Absolutely! All of our baby food is the ideal companion for small and large adventures. It is important that it is transported chilled. You can use a cool bag and cooling pads for this. This is an absolute must-have, especially on longer trips.
Only the best is good enough. That's why we work exclusively with carefully selected organic suppliers and only use the best organic ingredients.
Eating has to be learned, in the truest sense of the word. Children have to try a food up to 15 times before they get used to the new taste and actually like it. So we recommend that you keep trying and don't give up. By the way: you can put together your boxes individually and choose your little foodie's favorites.
We use 100% natural organic ingredients that we carefully prepare and cook. Prepared just like at home. We completely do without additives and preservatives, as well as the addition of salt and sugar. Our products are then preserved in a way that is particularly gentle on nutrients.
Because our products are fresh, they must always be kept refrigerated. After your purchase or delivery, place them directly in the refrigerator and store them at max. 5° C.
Fresh HPP porridge from nübee can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 90 days. Pay attention to the use-by date. You will find this printed on the products. Once the products are opened, they should be consumed within 24 hours.

No! All our products are, as required by law, free of any additives and also do not contain any added salt or sugar.
All of our recipes are developed with a lot of love and passion in Switzerland and manufactured in Germany.
All of our product creations are plant-based. After a successful introduction of vegetables, fruits and grains, you can enrich them with some meat, fish or eggs. This is important to ensure protein and iron supply. Veal, beef or chicken as well as salmon or white fish are suitable for this. However, always pay attention to organic quality. For meat alternatives and an optimal supply of nutrients for your child with a vegan diet, we recommend the support of a pediatrician and a qualified nutritionist.
We develop all our recipes in close collaboration with our strong team of nutrition experts and follow the recommendations of the Swiss Society for Nutrition (SGE).
With their ingredients, nutritional values and recipes, our squeezies are suitable for babies from 6 months. Due to their high nutrient density and higher proportion of fiber and plant proteins, our squeezies can be used as a healthy and delicious snack or as a snack between meals until school age.

Children have an innate preference for sweet tastes. The SGE (Swiss Society for Nutrition) therefore recommends getting them used to vegetables and their bitter taste as early as possible. This also has an impact on later eating habits. That's why our purees contain a lot of vegetables.

High Pressure Processing (HPP) is a particularly nutrient-friendly process in which the porridge is preserved using high pressure. In this way, the vitamins, the rich colors and the pure taste are retained - without any additives. And it tastes as fresh as if you made it yourself!

We treat all of our deliveries with the greatest care and try to avoid errors. Should we still encounter one, please contact our customer service directly at hello@heynubee.ch.
First check your spam folder. If you cannot find an order confirmation there either, it may be that the order process could not be completed correctly. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service at hello@heynubee.ch.

Because our products are so fresh, they always need to be refrigerated. That's why your package includes Recycle-Air® insulation and reusable cooling pads.
Shipping within Switzerland is FREE.
If the products are damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately at hello@heynubee.ch. We will then take care of a replacement as quickly as possible.

If your package has not arrived, please contact DPD immediately with the tracking number, which you will find in the email or SMS. Please also contact our customer service at hello@heynubee.ch so that we can find a solution together.
Once you have found or put together the right box, you can select your desired delivery date in the calendar during the ordering process. Delivery is via DPD.
